Baja Ha-Ha XXXI

THE HA-HA BURGEES HAVE BEEN SENT OUT TO ALL 96 PAID ENTRIES TO DATE

The photo is of Christian Holm and Lynn Ringseis of entry #1, the Westsail 42 Malama Kai, holding up this year's burgee.

To celebrate the occasion, the couple are wearing their coral-colored shirts, emblematic of having done a Ha-Ha aboard the mothership Profligate. Actually, Lynn has done 15 of them, and Christian has done eight.

If you think the burgee is pink, adjust the color on your computer monitor. It's coral, and that's the end of that. LOL.

Christian and Lynn are traveling to Malama Kai, which is currently in Seattle, and will be heading south before too long. Their coral burgee will make them easy to identify.

We'll presume that they will be signing up for PredictWind's free Fleet Tracking feature. It's already active, so all they have to do to sign up is follow the instructions or — email PredictWind for their help — and everyone will be able to follow them and see who else might be in the same port or anchorage.

Sign up for the last Baja Ha-Ha today and receive your coral Ha-Ha tomorrow! Well, in a couple of weeks.

Wait, there's more!
In addition to the burgees, the latest edition of the First Timer's Guide to Mexico has been sent out to all entries. Assistant Poobah, Patsy Verhoeven kindly asks that everybody read it, as it answers many of the questions she gets asked over, and over, and over, and over.

Looking forward to sailing south with all of you!!!
