Owner or Skipper Waiver
Each person on the Baja Ha-Ha must complete and agree to an individual waiver. If you are an owner or a skipper complete the following form.
If the boat has more than one owner or if the owner and skipper will both be on board you must each complete separate forms.
It is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to notify each person on board (kids too) of the obligation to complete the Crew Waiver.
